Cerveceria Tres Fuegos...

Les cuento que hoy después del casting , fuimos a la presentación de la expo donde Anja y yo participamos , así que aprovechando que estábamos en la Cervecería Tres Fuegos ( ubicada en la Plaza del Zapato) decidimos comer algo ahí y que creen para mi sorpresa la comida es espectacular ( obvio el dueño es el chef Jorge L. Garcia ) decidimos comer una costilla con puré de camote, y ensalada de arúgula y tomamos una soda de tamarindo y mi mama de soda de guayaba . De postre e l chef nos mandó un pastel de chocolate sin harina , me cuenta que como ya casi todo mundo es vegano y así , ellos se dieron a la tarea de preparar platillos muy raros pero a la vez sencillos y sobre todo , todo lo cocinan al momento ¡!! Así que chicos se los súper recomiendo la verdad ... Aparte de que la comida es muy buena , el lugar tiene un ambiente super cool y todos te atienden a la perfeccion y a los que les guste la cerveza artesanal pues ahí tienen muchas opciones . De verdad muy recomendando.

I tell you that today after the casting, we went to the presentation of the expo where Anja and I participated, so taking advantage of the fact that we were in the Brewery Tres Fuegos (located in the Plaza del Zapato) we decided to eat something there and to my surprise the food there is spectacular (obviously the owner is chef Jorge L. Garcia) we decided to eat a rib with mashed sweet potato and salad and we had a tamarind soda and my mom a guava soda. For dessert the chef sent us a chocolate cake without flour, he tells me that since almost everyone is vegan now so they were given the task of preparing very rare dishes but at the same time simple and above all delicious , they cook everything at moment !! So you guys I highly recommend it ... Apart from the fact that the food is very good, the place has a super cool atmosphere and everyone caters to perfection and to those who like craft beer they have many options. I really recommend it.
