Mother`s Day ...

Hola Amigos:

Les cuento que hoy día de las madres, el plan con mi mama era ir a cenar. Pero primero iríamos a comer de día con mi tío.

Por la noche mi mama quería ir a cenar a la Cervecería Tres Fuegos a cargo del Chef Jorge L. García quien por cierto siempre nos atiende súper bien , junto con el todo el staff de Tres Fuegos Cervecería .

Les cuento que tenían un menú especial que consistía en varios platillos incluyendo prostre … y bueno no saben lo rico que estaba !!!. Entre las cosas nuevas mi mama pidió una sangría con un toque de canela buenísima y yo mi obsesión la soda de tamarindo .

El primer platillo fue la ensalada riquísima que nos preparon con chicharon , aguacate , queso y más cosas, después una tostada de porkbelly , luego el plato fuerte pollo orgánico con especies y una especie de ensalada rusa y para finalizar un flan que estaba buenísimo y una especie de pastel /pan con ate y una bola de nieve. Todo riquísimo como siempre (un súper trabajo de la chef ¡!).

Muchísimas gracias al Chef Jorge L. García y a todo el staff de la Cervecería Tres Fuegos por la rica cena y sobre todo el increíble trato que nos dieron a mi mama y a mí en su día ( y siempre ) .

Y Mama espero que hayas disfrutado de la noche conmigo , entre risas y rica comida … Feliz Día de las Madres.

Hello friends:

Today is mothers day,and the plan with my mom was to go to dinner. But first we would go for lunch with my uncle during the day. At night my mom wanted to go to dinner at the Cervecería Tres Fuegos by Chef Jorge L. García who, by the way, always serves us very well, along with the staff of Tres Fuegos Cervecería.

I tell you that they had a special menu that consisted of several dishes including dessert ... and you don`t how freaking good it was !. Among the new things my mom ordered a sangria with a touch of cinnamon very good and Im obsessed with tamarindo soda. The first dish was the delicious salad prepared with chicharon, avocado, cheese and more, then a pork belly tostada , then the main dish organic chicken with spices and a kind of Russian salad and to finish a flan that was great and a kind of cake / bread with ate and an icecream ball. Everything delicious as always (a super good job from the chef !).

Special thanks to Chef Jorge L. García and all the staff of the Tres Fuegos Brewery for the delicious dinner and especially the incredible treatment they gave my mother and me in her day (and always).
