Hola:
Babies que creen?? Hoy domingo me levante supe temprano ( muuuy) por que tenía un compromiso , había quedado de ir hiking al Cerro del Coronel ubicado en Rosarito , esta invitación vino por parte de Joy Azcona mi maestra de Yoga Regenerativa allá en Triiibu. Claro que cuando me dijo dije que sí , se me hizo súper interesante el plan y luego ya cuando se iba a acercando el día me entere que más coaches y compañeros de Triiibu ( y también de fuera) irían.
La cita era el domingo a las 8:30 en la 2da caseta de Rosarito ( ósea que me tenía que levantar mega temprano para estas en casa de Daniel ( coach de yoga) donde el ref. Curiel y Joy pasarían por nosotros para reunirnos con los demás en el punto antes dicho. Cuando llegamos empezaron a llegar los demás entre ellos Miri también ex coach de cycling y otros conocidos.
La todos juntos nos dimos a la tarea de ir al spot y cuando llegamos luego luego nos lanzamos al hike ( les cuento que algunos de los compañeros llevaban a sus perros así que esto hizo más divertido el hike)
Bueno entre platicas y música logramos subir; las vistas divinas eh ¡!! ( como ha llovido últimamente bueno todo era verde lo que nunca por estos rumbos) , les cuento que estuvo pesado pero bien me encanto la experiencia y el clima coopero a full .
Terminando el hiking nos fuimos todos a desayunar a un lugar llamado el Rancho de la Ilusiones en Rosarito donde comimos y seguimos con las pláticas y las anécdotas de la experiencia del día de hoy .
Muchísimas gracias a todos los que fueron yo en lo personal la pase súper cool , me gustó mucho y la vibra de todo el team que se armo estuvo muy linda la verdad ¡! Mil gracias Joy por invitarme y a todos por ir ¡!

Hi: Babies guess what ?? Today Sunday I woke up early (too early ) because I had a commitment, I was invited to go hiking to the Cerro del Colonel located in Rosarito, this invitation came from Joy Azcona my Regenerative Yoga teacher there in Triiibu. Of course, when she told me I said yes, I found it a super interesting the plan and then when the day was approaching I learned that more coaches and fellow Triiibu (and also outside) buddies would go. The appointment was Sunday at 8:30 am in the 2nd booth of Rosarito highway (soo I knew that I had to get up early to be at Daniel`s (my yoga teacher) house where the ref. Curiel and Joy would come by to pick up us and then to meet with the others at the point mentioned above. When we arrived the others began to arrive including Miri, also a former cycling coach and other acquaintances. All together we gave ourselves the task of going to the spot and when we arrived we then threw ourselves into the hike (I tell you that some of the companions took their dogs so this made the hike more fun) Well between talks and music we managed to climb; the views are divine !! (As it has been raining lately, everything was greeneer than ever), I tell you that it was a heavy climb but I loved the experience and the weather cooperated fully. Finishing the hiking we all went to breakfast at a place called the Ranch of Illusions in Rosarito where we ate and continued with the talks and anecdotes of today's experience. Thank you very much to all who came , I enjoy it a lot, I liked it a lot and the vibe of the whole team was really nice! Thank you so much Joy for inviting me and everyone for going!!
